As drawing shown, when oxygen (or air) goes through alternation electric field which is excited by high frequency high voltage power supply, part of oxygen molecule decomposes to be two oxygen atoms through bombarded by high-speed electron. These oxygen atoms integrate with other oxygen molecules to be ozone molecules. During this period, oxygen is just partially translated to be ozone.
